Today, two months after the arrival of my new addition to the family, My mind again is flooded with all things baby! So naturally I feel the need to blog and share my tips, ideas and inspiration to all you new mama's out there.
One universal subject all moms could relate to is of course the baby weight, How to stay fit, what to eat while pregnant or breastfeeding and how to overall feel your best. So I decided while I experience the 'struggles' and it's fresh in my brain I will continue to keep my blog as a platform to note down tips, experiences and information I gather.
