After fracturing my toe from literally tripping over myself the question I immediately got was 'you tripped over those 7 inch heels?' Nope! This is what you get when they are off.
So now I got the sexy black boot to match my black platform sneaker; My new uniform. My challenge being "now how do I compliment my usual classic style with these new accessories". Maybe this will help me test the street style waters. Or maybe I'll just let it go completely for the time being. I mean how can a boot be fashion forward?
While admittedly googling 'when can I wear heels after fractured toe' I came across a clip of talk show host Wendy Williams commenting on the fact that heels are more comfortable with the fractured pinky keeping the foot nice and tight. Right after her accident she went right into full heel days. Is it safe? Is it dangerous? My gut says most probably dangerous. Yes it kind of makes sense and kind of made me contemplate trying her theory out, but is it worth the risk? Better wait a few months longer to get my feet back into those fine leather, red soles, six inch heels...for good.
